I'm not sure if they deal with it the same way for every reimbursement but my mom just went up to the manager and they just did the transaction right there. It was a reimbursement of the full amount so im not sure if it works the same with overcharges. I hope that helps
I believe they should comp you your meal,if it's for cents just the refund for the change
