It's $375 for the first week and $325 for every week after that. They usually will have one or two rooms available but when they are full there is a waiting list you can ask to get put on. But honestly I would never stay there again and i don't recommend you do either. There's no good water in the shower, the staff are rude, they charge extra for a parking pass, you have to pay for WiFi and it doesn't work half the time, there's cockroaches, the tv didn't work when i stayed there and there staff talk to you not like you're a guest but as of you're a pest. It's a horrible motel.
I only pick up people at various apartment complexes and motels for medical appointments. I doubt that the Carlyle Courtyard has a waiting list but I don't know what they charge. It's hard to find a daily under $70 anywhere which means it's hard to find a weekly under 300
