I imagine that if you order it online you could still have someone else pick it up as long as they know at All Star Liquor that you are having someone else pick up for you.
You can have anyone pick it up for you though. I just brought back $670 worth from there for a friend of mine that called an order in and gave them my name as the pickup name.
