We accept nearly all insurance plans, with the exception of primary Medicaid. Whether or not a procedure is covered by insurance depends on several factors, including whether the treatment is cosmetic or medically necessary. The best way to know if your treatment will be covered is to call our office and provide the information we need to make that determination.
