Ive never had a problem there you can always call corporate they should not hang up on the customers. And the questions they cant answer are about employees.
I can't say why you were hung up on. That is crappy customer service. I can say that speedway employees are limited in what they can say over the phone. Speedway will terminate employment for mistakes no question. Speedway doesnt care about your needs or anyone elses. It reflects that in much of the managent.
Go to rich on 3rd street. Much better people and the have kerosene. They are through speedway but their staff is awesome
