Why is it so hard to get ahold of someone in the store to talk to on the phone??😕

Wish I had the answer . It's always been that way .

There all twerking in the bathroom can't get out of the mirror

Due to Covid, they're short on staff, and Managers are on the floor

Their training. The employees are trained to move around often to "help" in person customers and keep all product faced and pushed to the edge of the shelves there's not one near the phone with an exception of one or two departments

No good answer here, maybe if their employees were paid higher hourly rates they'd acquire more attentive employees. It's the same in store tho, they have everything locked, in glass cases now a days but to get an employee to unlocked those cases in order to sale u an item is almost impossible as well as getting someone on the phone. Its all Ridiculous and no wonder I shop at target most of the time...its just not worth the few cents I save anymore!
