It's best if you make an appointment, otherwise you'll have to wait until they can take your vehicle. They offer shuttle service.
You can do both but if they are full you will need to leave your car or return at a later date. I would recommend an appointment.

You can Drive Up. I would not recommend showing up late in the day though. And of course, do your research before showing up. All of their inventory is online.
