Angie. In Lafayette County they can call you, but only after you put money on your cell phone through a service called encartle. Any calls they make will only go to the phone you put the money on and they will need to know that number. Time allotted for phone calls is 15 minutes. And they are expensive. Expect to pay $4.00 to $5.00 per call. There is a minimum and a maximum amount you can put on your debit/credit card when you start this up. And they can't just call whenever they want. When you talk to your person they can give you a better idea when they can call so you can be watching for it. Hope this helps.
