Could call them and ask.
google islands restaurant allergy menu and it will tell you what has what allergens in them. it appears there are a lot of foods on the menu that have no tree nuts or peanuts, but it does also state that the kitchen shares surfaces so they cant 100% say there is no cross contamination.
