Honestly, improper training, plus, when interviewing possible new hires, many show only their wonderful personality. After being hired, new employees become old employees, soon settle in and show their real personalities. Many customers do not call in complaints, nor call customer service, or even the corporate office. So this makes it hard to wean out the bad employees or retrain them. And there's also the part of management not following up with complaints, lower management most time ignore complaints never report them to upper management, so the Situation's truly do not get taken care of. After being in retail for 25 years, in management as well, I encourage customers to contact corporate offices. The best feedback we can give to our customers regarding their complaints if more people follow through with making those important phone calls. Because without customers like yourself, People Like Us in retail wouldn't have a job.

Don't know why I really don't use this Walmart as much mostly when I'm in a pinch and out that way.
I haven't had that people at the Walmart I go to. I have had bad service at other Walmarts though.
