There's no Saturday or Sunday Buffet as far as I know. Their website seems to confirm that, only listing buffet prices from Tue to Fri.
I think it is just during the week. But maybe call if you are able to. I love their buffet, I like to try different things and sometimes don't know if I will like it by the description on the menu.
