Im from Mexico but Im visiting the LA. Can I go to the HQ or they allow visits to see the place (public areas ir something)? and try to buy a souvernirs.

You can go into the lobby and check out some things and tour on specific days.

They do not offer tours to players anymore. You have to know someone in order to do so. Otherwise you can visit on LCS days.
