Morning I was at the National city swap meet. I notice in the fruit food court the Short lady in the west corner would charge different prices for her fruit but the same bag. It seems unfair. Is this common practice over there?

Yes, I have vendors there that charge me more than they do their Mexican patrons. The vendor is Mexican. I continue to buy from him because I value what I receive from him for what I pay. Yep, free market <3
