Do u guys have a vet area or pet hospital if so is it ok if i dont have my ppets papers and certificate because he is a rescued dog i rescued myself so i have no papers or certificate so is that ok?

Yes, they have a hospital inside, no papers are necessary, sign up for monthly billing that way everything is covered no matter how many times you take him in.
