when will you guys have a better custumer service like making it faster to clean the tables so people outside can sit inside and not wait for several hours? its not really fun waiting for 3 hours outside and another our to get the food.

Go somewhere else. This place is a joke.

they do great and the food is in demand so just be patient

They are not usually busy so employees does not know how to manage people waiting. If you see an available table you can just tell the employee that you will take that empty table and they will say yes not realizing there are people waiting on their list.

These questions aren't ansered by the people who own the restaurants. These are people who have visited. I suggest you break down and call them.
