The service is always excellent every time we go.
You're right when you run out of soda or any drink it takes them awhile to get to you they don't respond quickly like they should maybe they should take military training if I was a waitress I'll be on the ball cuz that's how you get your chips customer service comes first but I noticed they're on their cell phones a lot in the back room or behind the counter I see that a lot and that cuts down your customer service they did that to me while I was there to all three of us we had to wait around a long time to get a refills I finally got up and asked it all has to do with a manager you need a manager that's a drill sergeant make sure they're doing their job properly with etiquette and morals and value which they lack the food really wasn't that great I would have went next door and got me a pizza they serve you a lot better there
Good question. I was there only once and it wasn't too bad. But that was once. Just passing thru.
