Open Table is an online reservation system (which we use) which also provides guests with the ability to rate their dining experience as well as check out guest reviews prior to dining. Further, guests can earn OpenTable dining points by simply booking reservations while logged into their OpenTable account and points earned on certain reservations are accumulated and associated with your registered OpenTable account and can be redeemed for a variety of rewards. It's an online service for restaurants that allows its guests to book reservations, themselves, without the need to call the venue directly. The more you book reservations using your OpenTable account, the more perks you earn which can be redeemed for credit at restaurants in the future. There are lots of similar services out there these days, but OT is the original.
It means they will seat you at the available table that is ready for customers, so basically you aren't fighting for seating...
