Press 0 for operator guaranteed they always answer
I fully understand what you mean. The way I "Forrest Gump'd" my system is, I was fortunate to get through and confirm the part was available. When I went in, they had to order it... now here's where the magic happens... the service/parts advisors are very helpful and willing to give their personal cell numbers. Once you establish a relationship with one or more of the staff, you text them with your questions and if they are at work, they respond... just avoid being annoying and constantly blow them up. That's why it's good to have more than one contact.
If you need the part right away, your best option is to go in person, but if you have no way off going then try someone more local to you, trying them on the phone is horrible, if you can wait a few days, try parts geek, or other online auto parts.
Its a epidemic problem with that company my suggestion is to move on or just keep trying ir drive by get your sales guys phone number for future endeavors its pathetic how people are in business but aren't doing a good job and that's a small company try the big fuys like walmart auto nation massey yardley sawgrass Cadillac just to name a few they sukkkkkkk!
