I have visited that Popeyes several times and becsuse its close to my home, however unfortunately i have never had a good experience. The customer service is bad because they have no manners or courtesy skills. They all should be fired and start off new with real people that have real customer service skills.
True. They feel they are doing you a service. Sluggish., unresponsive. Not a thank you for the efforts to drive down to make purchases.

I was there before closing and the staff was too busy to get my order ready because they were fighting over how much left over chicken each one got to take home. I agree with everyone’s response.
They forget two cheesecake pies and I didn't realize it till I got home
