Our hours have not been affected by localized flooding.
They are on the side of a hill. The flooding might be in the village at the bottom.
When they get alot of rain in the area, it happens and it all depends when the water depletes and when they can get it cleaned up so just keep your eyes peeled and ears open for when they open..I honestly did not know about this 🤷♀️
