Recently got a pair of boots for my wife that she wore twice, just doesn't like'em. Will they the SAME store take them back for a different pair without a receipt?

They should be able to look up your purchase with your phone number. I know they swap for fit issues, but I'm not sure if they'll swap to a completely different style though.
