So we love to eat at the red robin ,our only concern is ,is that it is not clean at all,the center yo hold the sslr and pepper shaker are dirty the door to come in is very very dirty,why don't they clean here

They clean after each customer, they have daily logs on bathrooms and they clean doors 3 to 4 times a day. In foodservice they have to be detailed plus you sure you didnt go in after rush hour. It could be the customers not them

I have not seen any issues either, I know my kids have left a mess when they were younger and I have seen tenagers do worse

The restaurant was clean the last time we ate here. Now the service was not up to par. We will not be returning to the Rancho Cucamonga location. 😕

I have been to this location for a to go order only. While the order was correct and we were pleased, I was not as impressed with the timeliness of the order. I waited too long considering when I placed the order to the time I arrived. That said, it was a very busy Friday night and that can affect the staff's ability to keep up with the cleanliness. If it is a chronic problem, management or their corporate office should be let know with a detailed accounting of what you experienced.
