As the other said, yes, but you do need all of the appropriate documentation. That includes 2 documents with your name showing your address, your social security card, and proof of ID (eg birth certificate). Also, be sure to make the CORRECT first appointment. If you need a written test, that must be entered differently than if you're transferring from out of state.
