Their bad responses are characteristic of some employees of that place. I experienced it firsthand some time ago with an employee who refused to check the battery as there were many people in the queue. To which I replied that if I had been in line for almost an hour, the others could wait as I waited, but that it was my turn and he refused, so I asked for the presence of the store manager. Thanks to that man who told the employee to go out and check the battery even so this employee was not satisfied and the manager told him, go out or the consequences will be worse. Then in my car the employee wanted to apologize and I told him you are so spoiled that I do not excuse you if you think to ask someone for forgiveness. Ask God for it.
