Not all of them, Macy's, JCPENNEY, Cohen's Fashion & Apple are open. But Apple & Cohen are only open for appointments only and you have to be escorted in. Macy's & JCPENNEY are open for walk ins.
As a person that works in the mall i have been keeping up with the governor. As the rest of you should. Only person who has the final say.
