We are doing back go back cruises on two different ships. One arrives home in the am and then we transfer to the RCL for a cruise the same day. Are there shuttle buses between terminals? What time does RCL usually leave?

No shuttles in between terminals. Royals kind of out on its own it's hard to even park in the parking lots and get there without walking on a busy road

Call a uber, is the better option.

You definitely need to get Uber or Lyft. But Boarding usually starts at Noon. I would not recommend waiting past 2pm. There is a cut off time.

If I'm not mistaken RCL usually leaves by 4:00-4:30 the latest. You can also try calling a taxi or a Uber. Good luck... Happy Sailing 🌞
