I went in this weekend they had 3 different orders waiting outside and I'm pretty sure staff forgot about 2 of them they had to come in and ask for there orders again not only that the place is a hot mess except for that one lady taking order she was very nice
They only put small amounts of chicken out on the buffet helps to people from wasting the chicken
I've never had a bad experience there. I would call a d speak to manager. Then call corporate. Hope you kept the receipt.
Sorry, they must have been slammed. Usually the experience at this restaurant is good. Hope you will try them again.
