No you dont sir. 18% is enough. Unless there service was exceptional. I usually tip 20% , if service is bad 10%, 15% is usually a standard. So 18% is very good

You dont have to but the 18% goes to the house, so as you can see $18 from your $100 tab split between all servers and bussers doesnt go very far.. additional or cash goes strictly to server this is standard for most places with tips included in the bill.
