I agree with you. It has happened to me in sedans, not precisely with her but the same situation. Sometimes I stop and think that they are for a very low salary and they have a stubborn life with that, but then I reconsider and tell myself, if they don't want to treat people well (that's what they are paid for) then they should leave the place.
