Any pre-made Carbonara sauce would be a joke, since it is made with lots of bacon and caramelized onions, you can't possibly put that in a can or bottle. Then you add eggs at the end, I prefer it without the eggs since it gives it a bitter flavor, that's all (the original recipe does not have cream, I've seen it in some recipe books here in the U. S. with cream, that is not the original.
