Why is it the only department you can get on the phone is the pharmacy? Then when you call the pharmacy, they transfer you to a line that nobody picks up? Poor, very poor

That's facts. If I want to speak to someone right away, the trick is to be like " Trust me I know yall are busy can yall get me to bakery or deli?

Funny I called & got the garden center. The guy told me I had the wrong number & said this isn't Walmart it's the garden center. Then he offered to transfer me back to a ringing line. People answering a business phone & providing info is extinct.

They seem to have a shortage of employees. If you need something from Walmart, either search on line or go in person.
