The appointment is an incredibly easy process. You have to be patient and book one month in advance but you will be in and out in 20 minutes
If you want a guarantee, yes. They are taking walk-ins as able around appointments. I was there last week. I arrived at 645am (they open at 8)...I was 3rd in line and was 19th through the door.
