I would definitely get in and get something in it right away. Anything so that it doesn't close. I had my nose done and it fell out about 4 days I'd say and it closed right away but Meatloaf was great and he helped me out and got it reopen. So I would get in right away.
Since it was recently pierced I would say it can close quickly. I definitely would put another one back in or see if they can help you. Hope that helps.
