The time is listed usually to 12. However is there is limited attendance they might close a little earlier. Like say at 11pm. However, the fair ran the 8-12th, so it's closed now until next year...
It's gone now it was from the 8th to 12th it has already moved on to Raleigh North Carolina to the state fair they started on the 17th .
