I don't think this dmv can issue the written permit test because it is a very small facility. Try the one in fuquey first if that does not work I know for a fact the dmv in garner will do written tests and driving tests.
Not likely. Clayton DMV can accommodate permits and drivers tests. And usually is busy. But you can schedule an appointment for testing. Good luck
