I want to register a car in SC, I don’t have a title. I have a court order document where it was seize and Bill of sale from police auction. I was told by Columbia that the Court document should work but Florence is saying no title, I can’t register

I talk to someone over the phone at the headquarters office. It’s not like I was at a DMV in Columbia they said I can do that then I got in the car and drove to Florence to get it done.
