Each artist at Monarch charges a deposit to help ensure you keep the appointment you schedule with that artist and it's non-refundable. But the deposit is deducted from the final cost of your session. I believe the amount of the deposit is a percentage of the price they quote you for the session you book. If your artwork requires more than one session to complete they may or may not require a deposit for the next session as well, but in your case eyebrows can easily be done in one session. Prices can vary with size of the art, location on your body and detail required so the only person who can give you a price is the artist. You can visit their website and see examples of each artist's work as well as short bios on each artist. Choose your artist carefully because tattoos are permanent ART and it can be expensive to either fix, cover up or remove.....trust me, I speak from experience on that. Ask lots of questions if you need to. Great body art requires care and diligence.
I would suggest calling them for the most accurate answer. These questions go out to the community and not necessarily the business. Tattoos are amazing. I love seeing all of the art. Good luck!
