Is it just a parking fee or do they charge per person to enter?

Parking fee varies, based on the crowd size. Have found some Thursdays and even Sundays to be free. The Saturday before Halloween fee was $7, on Sunday it was $10. In any case, there is no parking free if you park before 8:30 am or after 4 pm.

Parking is usually free on Sundays. You can walk a few blocks other days if you don't want to pay.
