It'll be about $200 for the top and bottom of your engine and another $100 for the undercarriage. I go every other year and they know me. It's better to go once a year. It's the best way to discover hidden problems, junk or the source of any leaks you might have (once everything is clean, the source is easily identified, so it's a good regular thing to have done).
Varies greatly. My intrepid was $180 for cash only/$200 card. Some trucks can easily run about $1000 depending on the difficulty of the job.
