You can buy the big shot tickets online which guarantees you a seat or you can wait in line (the lines run pretty long)
You have to wait in line and buy them as you are going in for the show. OR you can go earlier that day and buy advance tickets, they are more expensive but you get to go in first with the other advance ticket holders and don't have to wait in the long line.
Get there early for tickets...long wait so take a beverage ... well worth this awesome experience! CASH ONLY

Just stand in line and be prepared to go to the next show if you can't get in your first try. The space is small and paying extra to sit along the wall is not worth it.
