It is not a restaurant or bar. Infact Preservation hall does not serve food or drinks at all it is simply a jazz hall. There is limited seating also (which is usually all taken unless you reserve). It depends on your child. if your toddler can sit quietly for 1hr it would be fine otherwise i wouldnt recommend it. As you are right up close to the band in a very intimate setting and set only lasts 45mins it may be better to leave your toddler with a friend or relative if its possible they may be a distraction? But again depends on the kid... Hope this is helpful

There is not restaurant but music hall for jazz. They don't exclude children but it is better to consider other music lovers.

Yes, but if the toddler becomes a distraction or makes noise, you will be asked to leave. Also note that you might have to stand if all of the seats are taken, so be prepared to either have your toddler stand the entire time or you pick him/her up.
