I have never been here when there are fewer than three people waiting to be helped. One would think if they're always that busy they would hire more help. FYI: The parking here is horrible. To be clear, this is a review of a location in Metairie, Louisiana. I have been a AAA member for almost 20 years and love their services. Every other location I have visited is stellar.
I have never had a problem with AAA and I have been a customer since 2005. They have always been very polite and has never tried to sell me something I did not need.
Because they are too busy trying to sell insurance and or get new customers. It used to be a first rate company. Now they mislead you and charge you for Insurance coverage you don't need.
