The drive up to Mt Equinox has a number of view points where you can park your car to enjoy the view. While there is handicap parking at the office at the bottom, I did not see any signs for handicap parking at the different view point parking spots. Most people drove up and I am not sure about hiking. I saw some cyclists while I was driving up. At the mountain top I think they do have handicap parking spots. The parking lot was full when I was there and all spots close to the building were taken. I personally think it is better to drive up there, some portions are very steep even for bikers.

There is a large car park at the top & a couple of stop off viewing spots on the way up. Can't remember if the building at the top is disabled friendly, but as it is relatively modern I would expect it to be. The road up is too long to walk or to travel in a wheelchair.
