How in the world do you get a hold of someone In this location . Since my case worker is almost always unreachable. My case issues are never handled in a timely manner or not responded to at all.

You have to go there. The office is almost always packed to outside the door. The only way to get things done is to follow through and chase your case.

I have and I can't afford to drive over a half hour to the location

I've been working with Rcap since 2012 & i can ensure you that this place has changed, & has turned very crooked!! U do have to go there, they do not update u with NOTHING!! They make u sit hours in there office, & at that when u do get there make sure u are very organize do not lose ANY PAPER WORK MAKE SURE U ALWAYS GET COPIES OF UR PAPER WORK!! BECAUSE THEY WILL LOSE IT & sAY U DID NOT GIVE THAT, IF YOU HAVE ANYMORE QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS CROOKEDNESS I'M THE ONE WHO COULD ANSWER THAT!
