Call up there and tell them what happened and ask if you can show the proof that it has been taken out of bank account as payment. They open at 7:30 and whomever you speak with get there first and last name for a reference so if they say yes the ticket person won't be confused or deny you access...Or ask the person online if they can leave your name at the check in counter that you paid in full and will be showing bank statement.
Definitely call them and explain the situation they should have sent you a text message with a scan code
