Yes. You will be ok to arrive at 9 to go through the woods of terror. Anyone who has purchased a ticket and has not been down the trail will be allowed to go when the last call is made. In other words, If you arrive at 9:15 , you will allowed to go down the trail at 9:25 when the DJ announces that the trail is closing.
I will arrive at 8:30 or so I already got tickets had to work late :/
