Your allowed to wear water shoes. But not regular shoes.
Yes you sure can wear water shoes. If you do put the sole to break the speed it will break
Depends who is over the ride. Some let you and some don't but they have a place to put them at the rides.

Correct all i ever see are water shoes and more water shoes. Definitely a beneficial tool.
