Happy hours on alcohol are illegal in North Carolina. Specials on alcohol must be for the whole day. Every tap at Pour shows the price per ounce.
I haven't seen postings on happy hour food specials, except when they have events on site for charity. They will regularly have a featured tap with a promotional price or a brewery representing with taster pours. Best to check their website or FB for current featured taps.
