I just want to know why do they have a chip reader for your credit card..but choose to do it manually?? By entering your credit #.. I jus feel very uncomfortable by doing this being that i have had monies stolen out of my account by doing this

I'd ask, I mean it's no harm in being concerned it is your money.

I've never had a problem with my card if that helps any.

In not sure about that Charlene. But I have never personally had any issues with that at all. Maybe they prefer you to swipe becuase its faster.

I can easily vouch for their integrity. That whole family are good, honest, kind people.

I mean the first time i used it the dude at the counter was like you were to slow putnning in the reader..so i was like tf??? This time he was on the phone..n i placed it in the teader quick..but he kept reaching for my card!!! I mean no harm but i have been a victim of this type of fraud before

Hi I'm the dude you are referring to, we had an update the on our processing equipment and for some reason if you don't input the information in fast enough it will automatically kick the transaction out. The reason in input the manually is because most people don't like swiping or inserting the card more then once. By me inputting the information in manually there is no reason to swipe again. We've been in business 31 years and have never had an issue with theft. I'm sorry theft crossed your mind but I'd address your concerns before you leave the business just in case something that could happen. But I promise you everything will be ok.
