There's an easily accessible ATM if you need to get cash.
Most do, but not all.
Each vendor is different, some take both cash and cards, others just cash.
I've used cash and debit cards. Many vendors accept them, and as someone pointed out there is an ATM right there.
Most will take a debit card.
I usually bring both. Then I use my card where accepted and cash where I am unable to use my card.
I have not had one that i could not use my debit card
